Jesus washes the diswciples feet

 

Q: Why did Jesus wash the disciples' feet?

A: Jesus washed their feet to set an example of humility love and service showing that even the Teacher and Lord  can serve and his followers should do the same for one another.

Q: Why did Peter object to Jesus washing his feet?

A: Peter found it improper for his master to perform such a lowly menial task reserved for servants  stating, you shall never wash my feet.
